In Vang Vieng, we spent time avoiding the massive crowds of honkies and floating down a river in tubes!

Upon arrival in Vang Vieng, we were greeted by a beautiful sunset over an air strip created by the US during the Vietnam War!

Buckets of Booze!

The houses and hills of Vang Vieng.

Vang Vieng is pretty much a frat town centered around a river. The river has daytime clubs on the shore and people rent innertubes to get to them. When you rent an innertube, they brand you!

Instead of bothering with the drunken frat boys and lame daytime clubs, Eric and I opted to take the lazy ride down the river! The views were amazing!

Just floating along!

While they are risking their lives riding on that scary bridge, we had to navigate our inner tubes underneath!

The ride got a little frightening when we passed a posse of water buffalo!

It's easy to see why people are drawn here, but why are they so drunk?

Playing around in a water cave! Eric looks thrilled!

Crystal clear water gets you a bloated picture of Kyde!
